Background

The Healthy Eating Advisory Service (HEAS) offers free, government-supported nutrition and healthy eating guidance to various organisations. With a panel of experts, HEAS helps improve the health and wellbeing of Victorians and aims to be the leading authority in healthy eating for Victorian organisations. The website is the main hub for HEAS’s resources, making intuitive and engaging content delivery essential for all users.

Key responsibilities

Assisted in remapping the user journey for improved site navigation across various organisations.
Managed content migration.
Consolidated and restructured pages from the original information architecture for the new site.
Analysed user research data to create an intuitive, user-tailored website.
Developed the user journey and assisted with the UI for website features, including FoodChecker and Catering for Good.
